Album Design
Artist SAMO4PREZ designs piece for the new Matt McCloskey album.
A few nights ago I got an email from Nate Navarro the founder of Austin non-profit "Music for the City" reading; "Ty meet Matt. Matt meet Ty.
Ty, Mr. McCloskey is doing a cool art project for his album release
and is looking for a cool artist......I think yall should talk!"
I hit Matt up that minute and he shared his idea of using local Austin artists in a collaborative effort to go along with his new album release. Matt's idea was brilliant, feature and Artist a day that coincides with a song available for free download. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Today features my piece along the the free download of the song " You've still got me." Here is the artwork, that when I return from the Veritas Road Tour V.2 will be painting on a 8x8 foot canvas. New Stuff that might blow your mind:
Artist SAMO4PREZ design for Austin Nichols and Sophia Bush.
Yesterday I not only got pictures from Austin Nichols and Sophia Bush wearing the shirt I designed for their personal Gulf Cleanup efforts, I also got the opportunity to film one of the Veritas Artist Collective musicians "Jonathan Combs" outside of Crater Lake Oregon at sunset. Insane day, I need to paint. Be prepared Wednesday as well for the Artwork I created for Matt McCloskey's album release. (www.listentomatt.com) You can purchase a shirt from the Veritas website for 38.00$ with 15.00$ of your purchase supporting Gulf Clean up efforts: www.liveveritas.com
